Our school events are only possible thanks to the amazing parents, carers, and friends who give a little of their time. Whether you can help once a year or once a month, your support makes a real difference to what we can offer our pupils.

There are many simple ways to get involved—no special skills needed, just a willingness to join in.

  • Event setup: Help us arrange tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment before events.

  • Running stalls: Support games, raffles, refreshments, or ticket desks during events.

  • Clearing up: Stay for a short while at the end to help tidy the hall and pack away.

  • Behind the scenes: Support with printing, designing posters, sharing information, or organising prizes.

When more people volunteer, we can run better events, raise more funds, and create more opportunities for our pupils. Volunteering is also a great way to meet other families, feel part of the school community, and show children that we all work together to support their school. When more people volunteer, we can run better events, raise more funds, and create more opportunities for our pupils. We understand that families are busy. You don’t have to commit to every event—just choose what works for you. Even one evening a year, or an hour before or after an event, can be a huge help.

If you’d like to volunteer, we’d love to hear from you.

We’ll only contact you about volunteering opportunities—you’re never obliged to say yes.
